To submit a ticket to our staff go to the Support section on the left side of your screen when you log-on. You should submit a ticket when you're having a problem that can't be solved on the forum, or when you want your question to be answered privately. Your tickets should be answered in about 24 Business hours after you submit them.

The friendly support forum is there to help fellow FreePointsNow members post any problems they may have, which would be answered by other member, moderators, or even by me.
